Each share or token is worth 5% of a SPS Validator Node License. Nodes and licenses will be managed by The Yacht Club. Holders of this token will be rewarded on a pro rata basis of owned tokens minus management fees (5%) Managements fees include: Buying the Licenses, installation and maintenance of the node + rewards distribution fees.
